How to transfer your points from our old vfh app to our new soul burger app

If you’ve been a regular with us using the VFH App, don’t stress - you can easily transfer your spending history, coins and accounts by doing the steps below:

  1. Create a new account on the Soul Burger App using the same email address or phone number

  2. You’ll notice once you refresh that your points will automatically be transferred into Soul Coins

  3. Depending on your spending history, you’ll be moved into our Silver Tier, Gold Tier or coveted Black Tier!

 
 
 
 
 

how the tiers work

The tiers are our way of offering our best rewards to our most loyal customers. The more you buy consistently with us, the more you’ll move through our tiers. Check out the different Tiers and benefits below:

  1. Green Tier: Everyone starts here! 5% off our entire menu, $1 = 5 Soul Coins and 500 Birthday Bonus Points.

  2. Silver Tier: When you’ve spent at least $25 a week for the past month, you end up here! Get all of the above plus discounted $3.99 delivery fees and 750 Birthday Bonus Points.

  3. Gold Tier: Gold Membership is when you’ve spent at least $50 a week for the past month! Get all of the above plus discounted $1.99 delivery fees, 750 Birthday Bonus Points & VIP Invites to Store Openings and events!

  4. Black Member: Our most prestigious members - these are the big dawgs who have spent at least $100 a week for the past month! All of the above plus FREE Delivery, 10% off our entire menu, 1000 Birthday Bonus Points & VIP Invites to Store Openings and events!

 

how to use the soul burger app

  • Order ahead for pick-up or dine-in so you skip any waiting times. 

  • Order via table top QR codes to skip standing up and waiting for the person on the register.

  • Order at the register and pay via the Soul Burger App instead of card/cash so you can score points on each in-store order.

  • Order for delivery and get your food delivered within 7km of any store address.

  • If you want to trace your Delivery, please use the tracking link that has been sent via SMS or use the tracking feature in the app.

  • If you haven’t received your order or have any issues with delivery, please call our Uber Direct Delivery Support Number:
    —> Call     1800 951 405 and select Option 2.
    —> You will then be asked for your Order ID and the support person will assist you
    —> If you are still unsatisfied, click the drop-down menu on the app (on the top left), and scroll down to Support where you can click Delivery Issue or any other issue.
